In addition to Rod's responsibilities as a senior principal, he has lectured and taught for over thirty years at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is a strong supporter in offering students a hands-on opportunity to work with real clients. Land Design Inc. is a supportive environment that emphasizes creative problem solving and teamwork, the students pool their efforts to find solutions for real clients on actual projects. - strengthening their skills and broadening their perspectives.
