Design – The staff at Land Design, Inc. looks forward to working with you in best preparing a positive setting for you, your family and guests.

Hourly Consultation – Consultation allows the owner and the Landscape Architect to resolve basic landscape issues such as to better define an entry or private space or select the most appropriate plant and water techniques for a particular situation.

Plan Design Service – Plan development normally requires a three to four week schedule and is prepared based upon the varied levels of need and an assessment of site opportunities.

Site Meeting – This allows the staff to gain an understanding of the clients needs and to measure the property and structure, recording conditions on and off site. A complex estate site may require an additional day on site and possibly a schedule meeting with the agency or agencies having jurisdictional authority (City or County).

Illustrated Concept Plan – This plan presents an overview of form, space use, and inter-relationship; a definition of elevation in relation to slope, steps and walls; general plant layout, remarks that position trees, shrubs, groundcover, flowers, and basic plant elements. (This plan does not list all plants by family and species).

Presentation Meeting – Client and Design Staff meet to discuss the concept plan. This meeting is preferably scheduled at our client’s home.

Additional and Specialty Services (pdf) – Our Design Staff are prepared to work with the client to whatever level of sophistication is required.
